Explain it to my child
Your body has teams of organs that do different jobs. The respiratory system brings in oxygen; the circulatory system moves oxygen and nutrients around the body.
Try it together
After a safe minute of light activity, compare breathing rate and pulse with resting observations. Discuss why both respiratory and circulatory systems respond together.
